How to get Certified?
The first step in getting started is to pre-registered online. After you have submitted your pre-registration form you will be contacted by our Certification Program Manager to discuss the course details and get you on your way to becoming a GreenRope Certified Consultant.
To become GreenRope Certified you must complete all four courses in our online certification program on implementation, marketing, operations, and sales (see below for full course descriptions). Each course is filled with a wealth of information, interactive tutorials, best practices, account assignments, and an assortment of content tests that require a final passing grade of 90% or higher to advance toward certification completion.
Course 1: Implementation
The Implementation course provides best practices on how to prepare for a CRM implementation, GreenRope account setup, and an overview of some of the core features. In the Implementation course you will also learn to leverage GreenRope’s group-centric architecture to adapt to complex business models.
Course 2: Marketing
GreenRope’s Marketing Suite has all of the tools needed to bring in and engage the right leads and clients. Ignite a marketing strategy with cutting edge marketing tools from email marketing and lead nurturing to websites, landing pages, social media management and more. The Marketing course is designed to help you master GreenRope’s advanced marketing features and functions. You will learn how to create, manage, and execute successful marketing campaigns through the funnel, while gaining valuable insights into your target market and the effectiveness of your efforts.
Course 3: Sales
With full contact management, pipeline visibility, opportunity tracking, social CRM, and predictive analytics, the GreenRope Sales Suite gives a 360-view of the customer to help you better move your leads through the funnel. The Sales course provides best practices on setting up, utilizing, tracking, and reporting features within GreenRope’s Sales Suite.

GreenRope’s Operations Suite is the perfect place to effectively run and manage a business, while bringing in the components you need from your sales and marketing. From support ticketing and issue resolution, contracts, project management, event management, and many other operations components, GreenRope helps you develop seamless internal processes, while enhancing your customer experience.
